Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
